R8- King’s Cross model and NHCM- were two buildings that came quite late in the process for the final exhibition show. Stuart Piercy decided that the R8 model would have an arc of lights creating long shadows in the dark Valchromat model and NHCM would be a simpler model with warm white lights illuminating the spaces from within. The R8 model was made by Eleanor Evason and NHCM was made by Eleanor Harding both Architectural Assistants at Piercy and Company.
